Your Invitation to see the region's premier Indian Art Showcase in Dubai on 15th October 2015

Kala Sutra meaning art series, is fast becoming an international art movement which showcases the very best of Indian Art to the world. The Dubai edition of Kala Sutra which opens on 15^th October 2015 at RIRA Gallery, DIFC, Dubai will give art devotees as well as connoisseurs a vibrant and colourful experience to cherish. The event will run until 2oth October 2015.

Rare never before seen pieces will be on display, in addition to 16 of the top Indian Artists of all time and you will have an opportunity to meet the eminent artist Shri Jogen Chowdhury who will be producing a unique art piece live at the event. A silent auction of one of Chowdhury's works will take place during the evening with the proceeds being given to an orphanage in India.

The show features works by leading contemporary Indian artists such as Satish Gujral, Ram Kumar, Manu Parekh, Thota Vaikuntam, Paresh Maity and Neeraj Goswami. Late Indian masters M.F. Hussain and Ganesh Pyne are represented through iconic works, some of which have never been exhibited in public before. 

Adding another dimension to the show is The Children’s Garden, a Taaleem School who have been inspired by the Top Indian Atrtists by creating their own interpretations.  Top Curator Arun Ghose will be taking a number of special workshops with the children aged 2 to 7years of age and select works of these budding artists will be showcased alongside the masterpieces that are part of “Kala Sutra” on the last day of the show.
