Marketing and communications technology provider Liana Technologies is Finland's partner for Expo 2020 in Dubai
Software service provider Liana Technologies is the marketing and communications software provider for Business Finland’s operations related to the World Expo 2020 which will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, between October 20, 2020 and April 10, 2021.
Business Finland, which is the Finnish government organization for innovation funding and trade, travel and investment promotion, has published a website to promote Finland’s participation in Expo 2020. The website was launched in spring 2019 in cooperation with Liana Technologies and the local UAE PR agency. Business Finland also utilizes Liana’s email marketing solution and PR services for communicating about Expo 2020 in the United Arab Emirates.
The website highlights the themes of nature, innovation, and sustainability that will be key elements in the Finnish pavilion at the expo itself. The pavilion is called “Snow cape” and visually incorporates both Finnish and Arab cultures, starting with the main entrance which gives an impression of arriving in an Arabic tent. As Dubai Expo 2020 exhibition partner, Liana Technologies is one of the more than 110 companies and 40 partners that will be representatives of Finnish innovation and technology know-how.
The Expo is a one-time opportunity to showcase Finnish companies and Finnish expertise in a unique and exceptional international environment. The objective is to create contacts, networks and business opportunities for Finnish companies and to promote Finland in general.
Liana Technologies is a Finnish SaaS company with offices in six countries and over 3,500 global customers. The company expanded to the United Arab Emirates in 2014 by opening an office in Dubai. Being a technical partner in Expo 2020 is a great continuation for Liana’s stance in the United Arab Emirates.
