DUBAI, UAE [September 1]--- CALI-POKE will host the grand opening of its highly anticipated Business Bay location on September 1st making it one of the fastest growing POKE chains internationally. Founder & Owner Bassem Johar conceived the idea working closely with his team of chefs, opening their first location in Santa Ana in February 2016. Since then Johar has launched four more locations in Orange & Riverside County and reportedly plans for a sixth store before 2018. Johar has defined his brand with a modern, casual- yet superior, build-your-own style of dining.

CALI-POKE partnered with industry leading chefs to create a menu that goes beyond the typical poke concept. The restaurant stands out from the competing poke restaurants with its Peruvian inspired flare and a plethora of options to uniquely build your own creation. The menu features a wide variety of premium seafood options, several authentic poke sauces and includes ingredients you won’t find elsewhere. Other items include a house secret Peruvian take with roasted cancha, sweet potato and citrus based ceviche sauces.
