Bin Nakhira Once Again Makes a Rare Lateral Hire

Bin Nakhira & Partners, the UAE’s heavyweight litigation practice founded by His Excellency Mohammed Bin Nakhira Al-Dhaheri, makes a new breaking hire with joining of Dr Haytham Abdallah.

Bin Nakhira & Partners onboards Haytham from the Bin Haidar Advocates and Legal Consultants. Dr Haytham joins Bin Nakhira & Partners as a Partner and Head of Trade Litigation.

Dr Haytham has previously represented both local and international parties in a large number of commercial disputes in the courts of the United Arab Emirates. He holds a doctorate in law and has nineteen years of continuous litigation experience, and work with Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
