60% of phase one of the Residential Units at Moroccan Bab Al Bahr Project Delivered

The Bab Al Bahr development, a joint venture with The Bouregreg Agency of Rabat,is strategically situated in western Morocco's Bouregreg Valley between Rabat and Salé, and blends in to the region's Arab-Andalusian natural heritage. Residents and visitors to the Bab Al Bahr destination will have a prime view of key historical sites including Rabat's Tour Hassan, the Kasbah of the Udayas at the mouth of the Bouregreg River and the ancient cities of Rabat and Salé.
The residential component of Bab Al Bahr is the largest aspect of the destination and comprises of close to 1,500 units spread across 260,000 squaremeters.
Upon completion in 2019, Bab Al Bahr's 485,000 square meters of total built-up area will be made up of a wide range of units includingtwo 5-star hotels, a luxury Ryad, leisure space, offices, boutiques, cafes and restaurants, museums and art galleries. In response to local demand and a variety of target segments, the residential units have been designed to vary between studios,to1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments, townhousesand penthouses.
