Dubai: 20 May 2017: Having only opened in December 2016 - the final chapter of Madinat Jumeirah - Jumeirah Al Naseem has already been recognised as one of the world’s best new hotel properties, as part of the Condé Nast Traveler Hot List.
Featured alongside 75 new properties worldwide from an initial list of 675, Jumeirah Al Naseem is celebrated for its contemporary and yet luxurious and personalised style, alongside only one other UAE resort in Abu Dhabi and another in Oman.
Richard Alexander, General Manager, Jumeirah Al Naseem, said: “We are incredibly excited to have been recognised as one of the top 75 new properties in Condé Nast Traveler Hot List. Having only opened in December 2016, we have been thrilled to see the success of the hotel so far, and this accolade is a truly rewarding recognition for our colleagues - one that will encourage them to continue providing our guests with remarkable experiences throughout 2017 and beyond.”
This is the 21st edition of the Condé Nast Traveler Hot List, which covers the picks of the year’s top hotel winners, ‘representing not just the vanguard of the world, but where travelers are headed next.’ The hotel properties included not only cover the latest openings, but with only 75 chosen – they cover only those properties that do things differently to inspire travelers.
Jumeirah Al Naseem (which is Arabic for ‘sea breeze’, and is inspired by the sea breeze, sand dunes, Dubai’s pearl diving heritage and Bedouin traditions) reflects both the unrivalled beach location of the hotel and the unique design of the guest rooms and hotel features, which evoke a sense of calm and relaxation.
The hotel has 430 luxurious rooms and suites, complete with walk-in rain showers, floor-to-ceiling windows and private outdoor terraces, as well as 11 dining options including its signature concepts: Rockfish and Summersalt. The hotel is set among lush, landscaped gardens and offers three large swimming pools, a secluded adult only pool surrounded by rooms with direct pool access and private beach access, as well as a purpose built turtle lagoon for rehabilitating critically endangered turtles.
Guests also have access to the Madinat Jumeirah, the resort’s waterways serviced by traditional wooden abra boats, a kids club and over 50 restaurants and bars at Souk Madinat Jumeirah; as well as the Madinat Theatre, award-winning Talise Spa, watersports and Wild Wadi Waterpark™.
Jumeirah Al Naseem promises a modern-day Arabian experience, sitting alongside the palatial elegance of Jumeirah Al Qasr, the calm sophistication of Jumeirah Mina A’Salam and the discrete charm of Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, the exquisite summerhouses that were recently listed by Tripadvisor as one of the Top 25 Hotels in the World.
It is located next to Jumeirah Mina A’Salam on the city’s longest private beach, looking out over
